A Long-Term Colorado Resident

After years of global wandering as a military brat most of my adult life has been spent in Boulder County with the first 11 in Boulder. My husband and I bought a small farm in 1994 on the edge of Longmont and Niwot where we raised 2 great kids in addition to multiple livestock, poultry, and horses! My kids went to private, charter and public schools which gives me great insight to assist you with our local education system. After closing my Project Management Company in the Commercial real estate world in 2003 I embarked on my residential Realtor career. As a type-A personality and "go-getter" I felt best suited to continue with my entrepreneurial spirit and have been a top producer in each of my past 20 years. As the Realtor for Boulder County's Acquisitions & Dispositions for small acreage properties, combined with my own small farm experience and in-depth education series on local fencing, grazing laws, water rights, mineral rights I have in-depth knowledge when selling small acreage properties and I understand the values of these!

Today I live in-town, the opposite corner of Longmont with huge lifestyle changes but continue to serve many of the same clients as when I first started in real estate. I am proud of my long-term relationships who continue to refer me to their family members and friends. I am very involved in our local, Post 32, American Legion and Longmont Meals on Wheels and other community organizations. I have studied extensively to best represent our veterans and aging population by learning in-depth about VA loans, reverse mortgages, housing options and more.

Let’s talk and get to know one another to see how we can best reach your real estate goals.
